At Skycrest, candidate assessment is a partnership. Each search begins with identifying the right strategy for sourcing, target companies, research and selection criteria. As part of strategy development, we conduct a comprehensive company and culture review to ensure the candidates we source are both a competency fit and a good fit with your company culture and leadership style. Our team formulates the strategy by working closely with you and our founder, who personally touches every aspect of the search process.
